Welcome to a new Shammy's Year and a new division.
Hopefully everyone’s enjoyed the holiday season and no one has injured themselves stuffing a turkey with electric mistletoe up a Christmas tree decorated with Shammy stubby holders (as quoted directly from the police report).
Petersham Off Season Program - Part 2
Whilst we head into the festive season, it is still a great opportunity to get a start on your Strength and Conditioning prior to pre-season in 2012. There have been a dedicated bunch of lads working hard for the last 6 / 7 weeks and have shown great gains.
