Our Old Boys Supporters Club is here to help former players stay in touch; find out about the latest games, events and social functions; support current players, juniors and newcomers; and most importantly, continue to be part of a great rugby club.
Supporters Club Information
Become an inaugural member of the Shammies Old Boys Supporters Club, established in 2016, and part of PRUFC- Australia’s original and oldest subbies rugby club.
Supporters Club membership is $100* per annum, with membership costs supporting the club and helping the Shammies remain competitive in Division 1 of the NSW Suburban Rugby Competition. Supporters also receive:
- A special edition 2016 PRUFC Old Boys hat
- Pride of place at the 2016 Ladies and Old Boys event on April 16
- A Shammies Membership Card that gets you meal discounts at our pub sponsor, The Toxteth Hotel in Glebe
- Recognition of your support on our website

Old Boys and Supporters Club Social
Petersham RUFC hosts regular after-match social functions and special events where supporters can get together, share a few yarns and enjoy a cold beverage or two. Old Boys and Supporters are also the guests of honour at our annual Ladies’ and Old Boy’s Day, held at our home ground in Camperdown at the beginning of each season where we take on old rivals, Balmain.

Members of our Old Boys Supporters Club are eligible to purchase Shammies merchandise and supporters gear – our 2016 range includes training shirts, training singlets and training shorts.
