The following COVID Level B protocols are mandated by the NSW Suburban Rugby Union, the Australian institute of sport, The Inner West Council and the NSW Office of Sport.

COVID - 19 Training Protocols
The following protocols are in effect from 15th May, 2020 as part of the Level B COVID-19 Restrictions

If you are unwell DO NOT come to training.

Download and install the COVID-19 tracking app.

Training is restricted to groups of 20 including the coach/trainer.

Do not mingle with other groups.

Do not touch gear from the other groups.

Bring your own water bottle, with water already in it (There are no facilities to fill water bottles).

Turn up in your training gear, if you can.

Do not get changed in the changing rooms.

Leave your bag in your car, if you can. Otherwise leave your bag 2m away from other people’s bags

Sanitize your hands when you arrive. Hand Sanitizer is provided.

Sanitize your hands as you leave.

Go home and shower immediately after training (no showering at the ground)

DO NOT stay behind after training.

If you are not on a training roster or in a group please contact Steve Nicholls. (It’s best for you to join Facebook group Shammies 2020)

If you cannot make training please contact Steve Nicholls.

If you get COVID-19 or begin to have COVID-19 symptoms contact Kent Prusas (0141 085 191) so NSW Health can trace any possible infections.

All equipment will be cleaned before and after training. Your trainer may ask you to help with this.

Following the protocol is the best way forward.
Not following the protocol …. well, just bloody follow it.
