Petersham Rugby are currently on the look-out for Coaches and Managers to join us for the 2020 season.
We’re seeking applications or interest for the following grades: 2nd Grade, Colts, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade and Women’s 7s. We’re looking to build on the last 3 years of Kentwell Cup success and improve our position in the Division 1 Club Championships.
We’re looking for coaches with all levels of experience who are committed to improving player skills and creating a strong winning culture. Mentoring can also be provided to those looking to improve their coaching ability.
Coaching requirements
All coaches are required to have Smart Rugby qualifications (a free online course). We will also cover the cost of courses, should you wish to pursue additional coaching accreditation.
The time commitment for coaches is Tuesday and Thursday trainings, and Saturday game days. For managers, the commitment is game day, however assistance at trainings is appreciated.
